Women Disregarded in Design of Crash Test Dummies

Despite the fact that men are more likely to cause accidents, women are more likely to die in them. Why? Crash test dummies are male. Even the "female" dummies required by the government in crash tests are really male dummies in smaller sizes. As a result, many automobiles are not designed with women in mind.
