iGIANT is pleased to award the Pioneer Award to Catalytic Impact Foundation, the Ambassador Award to Leslie Short, from The CAVU Group, and the Champion Award to Women's Health Access Matters (WHAM). These organizations have demonstrated their efforts toward our mission of accelerating the translation of research for design elements through a sex and gender lens.
It was nice reading about the award recipients and how their work is helping bring better ideas into technology and healthcare. During one busy semester, I was trying to balance projects and deadlines, so I even looked into do my online exam support just to stay on track with everything. The article also reminded me how important recognition can be for people working hard behind the scenes. Small achievements really can inspire bigger change over time. Nice Post
