FORM YOUR COMMUNITY RESERVE CORPS NOW
We need to create a COMMUNITY RESERVE CORPS on every block and building to help our neighbors who are senior citizens and have medical conditions and should not leave their homes.
We need to try to help them stay out of hospitals and clinics if possible. Neighbors can be sure they have food, supplies and medical care if needed!
Simple steps:
1) Designate yourself to be a block leader.
2) Get contact information for your neighbors and share the list.
3) List if anyone is a health professional.
4) If anyone has face masks, gloves -offer them to your health professional neighbors.
5) SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR NETWORKS!
Designated CRC Leaders- Can you can send the message below or a version of it for your block or building? It may require posting a note on a door-the ole fashion way. You should not have any direct contract with occupants.

Hi-I'm (xxx) and your Community Reserve Corps leader for this building (or block).
We are collecting information about our neighbors so that we can help one another during this pandemic. It's important that our neighbors who are over the age of 65 and/or have medical conditions stay in their homes. We can help ensure that they have the food, supplies and medical care.
Please email me at xxx with the following information which will be shared among our neighbors:
-Name
-Occupation and any special skills
-Do you have any personal protective equipment such as gloves or masks which could be shared with health professionals in the neighborhood if needed?
